The children of Kris Jenner are standing up for their supposedly horrible mother.
Kim, Kourtney, Khloe and Rob are suing Ellen Pearson – the widow of Robert Kardashian – for leaking diary entries of their late father to In Touch Weekly.
The tabloid ran a handful of features a few weeks ago in which it painted Jener in an awful light, using Robert Kardashian’s own words to claim she abused Kim and once locked Rob in a car.
According to TMZ, the Kardashians claim the diary is their property and Pearson has infringed on their copyright.
They are demanding a return of the tome, along with an unspecified amount for damages.
As the website notes: Jenner is not suing Pearson for defamation, meaning she is not challenging any of the ugly accusations. Hmmm….
