It looks like Ariana Grande fans are over DonutGate.
And they’ve moved on to BodyShamingGate.
Way back in April, talk show host Wendy Williams slammed Grande by saying “she’ll forever look 12,” making a point to say she didn’t mean that “in a good way.”
Added Williams: "It’s nice to look younger than you are, but when you look too young and then you’re short… I don’t look at her as, like, a woman."
For whatever reasons, these comments (which you can view via this video) went viral again on Thursday night, prompting the hashtag "#CancelWendyWilliams" to trend.
Wrote one user, who must be familiar with Williams bashing everyone from Beyonce to Caitlyn Jenner, summed it all up well by Tweeting:
