The video featured MSNBC host Chris Matthews and Congressman Eric Swalwell talking about the ongoing impeachment of President Donald Trump.
At one point, it sounds as if either Mattehws or Swalwell farts — very loudly — during the back and forth, although neither man has taken responsibility.
