When you become the most popular individual in the history of Facebook Live, you get to enjoy certain perks.
Just ask Candace Payne.
Probably better known to you as Chewbacca Mom, this mother of two went crazy viral last week after she purchased a talking Star Wars mask at Kohl’s and then recorded a video of herself putting it on.
Her infectious laughter and sweet demeanor prompted Chewbacca Mom’s video to be viewed over 114 million times in just a few days.
Here it is again, for anyone to may have missed it:
Not long after becoming an unexpected Internet sensation, Payne lent a hand to James Corden. Or a car, to be more specific.
The Late Late Show host, who was running late, kicked off the skit by getting irritated with the Dallas-area mom, who was struggling with her chauffeur duties because she couldn’t stop laughing and playing with her beloved mask.
"I have got to get to work, is there any way we can leave now?" Corden asked.
"I’m such a happy Chewbacca!" Payne replied, unable to control her giggling.
"I know you’re a happy Chewbacca," responded an annoyed Corden. "You know that doesn’t sound anything like Chewbacca, right?"
But… wait! Who then jumped in to disagree with that statement?
Star Wars: The Force Awakens director J.J. Abrams!
Payne later appeared as a guest on The Late Late Show, receiving a surprise of her own.
