The California Supreme Court is forcing disgraced actor and comedian Bill Cosby to testify as one another sexual assault case heads to litigation.
Cosby petitioned to review the case, but the court denied the request. This means the suit can head into trial, according to CNN.
Numerous women have accused Cosby of sexual assault. This particular case was filed by Judith Huth.
Huth claims Cosby sexually assaulted her at the Playboy Mansion in 1974 when she was only 15-years-old.
According to Business Insider, Huth’s attorney claims they will take Cosby’s deposition under oath in the next 30 days.
Earlier this month, Cosby admitted to giving women Quaaludes before having sex with them. But he has denied allegations of sexual misconduct.
