Late last year, Farrah Abraham was fired from Teen Mom OG as a result of her refusal to stop performing in live online sex shows.
The decision met with a mixed response, as even some of Farrah’s staunchest critics thought MTV’s reasoning was questionable and had the effect of shaming both Abraham and other sex workers.
Tyler Baltierra is now speaking out on the network’s decision — and Farrah probably won’t care for what he has to say.

Keeping It Real
Tyler is known for speaking his mind on social media. And when it comes to Farrah, he’s never pulled any punches.
At It Again
Farrah and Tyler have clashed before, perhaps most notably when she posted a lengthy Instagram rant in which she claimed that Baltierra is gay, and that his wife, Catelynn Lowell, is a drug addict.
The Last Laugh
Of course, the Baltierras have emerged victorious, as not only are they still employed, they’ve also been able to watch as Farrah’s life has devolved into a public trainwreck in the months since she was fired.
The Arrest
Farrah’s latest downward spiral began when she was arrested at the Beverly Hills Hotel last month after allegedly assaulting a staff member.
The Feud
Things got worse from there, as Abraham found herself embroiled in a very public feud with Mob Wives star Drita D’Avanzo.

So perhaps it should come as no surprise that Tyler had little sympathy for Farrah when he was asked about her while filming an interview with Dr. Oz this week …
Speaking Their Minds
Catelynn and Tyler fielded questions from the audience, and not surprisingly, the topic of Farrah came up.
The Diplomatic Approach
“I think if it’s going against what MTV believes in and that’s what they feel like they had to do, then that’s what they feel like they had to do,” Catelynn said when asked if she agreed with the decision to fire Farrah. “We have no choice in it or are a part of it.”
Telling It Like It Is
“I think it’s great. I think it’s awesome,” Tyler stated bluntly.
Conflicting Messages
“The way she decided to live, her lifestyle, it just doesn’t really mesh with the rest of the cast and what we’re trying to educate about, it just doesn’t work,” he continued.
Stating the Obvious
Tyler added that Farrah just generally wasn’t much fun to work with, saying, “It doesn’t work very well together. She’s not a really nice person to be around.”

“We had a lot of admiration and respect for how our production company handled it,” Tyler added. “It was a good way to get it heard and do what they did.”

As Catelynn and Tyler mention, Farrah’s termination was captured on camera, much to the delight of Teen Mom OG fans.

Farrah, of course, believes that she was unfairly targeted and insists that she has sufficient grounds to sue MTV for wrongful dismissal.

“Never apologize for being an ambitious, confident, and strong minded women, as I become the best Farrah I can be, I won’t let a man or network be little me, try to break me, lie about who I am to my core,” Abraham wrote in a lengthy Instagram rant after she was axed.

“I’m bullied, surrounded & hurt by all the manipulation, I no longer will allow as a protective mother this vulgar behavior, these crews aren’t trust worthy this ‘mtv family’ is a disgusting gang of power tripping failed producers & executives who have failed,” she continued.
