For those unfamiliar with what’s going on, here’s a tragic update: Eason has shot and killed his family’s dog, Nugget, who is pictured here with Evans.

He Did WHAT Now?

Eason shot and killed the family dog. He has admitted to doing so after reports of the homicide went viral because an unidentified male made a “frantic” call to 911 on Tuesday, April 30.

Police Arrived at the Scene…

… but did not file any charges because they could not find any actual evidence that a dog had been killed on the property.

But Eason Definitely Killed the Dog

He confessed to the crime, not that he has any shame about it, on Instagram.

Eason posted this footage the day after the incident happened, using it as evidence that Nugget snapped at his infant daughter, Ensley.

Was Ensley Injured?

We can only go by this photo that Eason also posted, but it doesn’t appear as if she suffered a serious injury at least.

What Did Eason Actually Do?

He took Nugget out into the woods and murdered the canine in cold blood.

Why Didn’t Eason Just Give the Dog Away to a Shelter?

Because he’s a violent monster, that’s why.

How Did Eason Defend Himself?

With passion, that’s for sure. “I dont give a damn what animal bites my baby on the face… whether it be your dog or mine, a dog is a dog and I dont put up with that shit at all. I’m all about protecting my family, it is my lifes mission. Some people are worth killing or dying for and my family means that much to me,” he wrote on Instagram.

Zero Shame

“You can hate me all you want but this isnt the first time the dog bit Ensley aggressively. The only person that can judge weather or not a animal is a danger to MY CHILD is ME,” Eason concluded in his defense.

Fans Were Not So Accepting of His Explanation

Eason has already been fired. But now viewers are calling for Jenelle’s head as well.

Evans wrote this in response to reports that she had taken the kids and left Eason in an attempt to figure out what to do next about her marriage.

I’m Just Shocked Over This

Evans have a longer interview to Us Weekly over Nugget’s murder, telling the tabloids she remains “shocked and upset” by what transpired.

Might She Finally Leave Eason?

“David and I are not on talking terms,” she told Us.

“I’m too hurt and upset at the fact he did that,” she added. “It’s taking time to get over this whole situation, and it’s making me feel he’s very cruel.”

For the first time ever we think, Evans said she is “considering” a divorce from Eason.

We are not Jenelle Evans’ fans, far from it in fact. But she cannot bring herself to distance herself (and her kids) from a violent abuser. That is simply a tragic situation.

What Should MTV Do About It?

That remains the question. Should they stop putting up with this really dangeorus nonsense? Stop kind of enabling it by giving Evans a platform? And finally let her go from Teen Mom?
