Roger Mathews is clearly doing his best to remain calm and collected.
But you can tell he wants to explode.
Earlier this week, estranged wife Jenni Farley posted a very long and very emotional letter on her official website.
It trashed Mathews as abuse, listing all the ways he has allegedly mistreated her and their two young children.
Is there any truth to these accusations? No, according to Mathews, who thinks he knows why JWOWW conjured them up.

The Quick Background…
Farley and Mathews got married in October 2015 and share a three-year old son and a two-year old daughter.
Farley Filed for Divorce in September 2018
She cited “irreconcilable differences” in the official document.
Then, in December…
Mathews and Farley got into a verbal confrontation in their home. The police were eventually called and Farley was granted an order of protection against Mathews.
Everything Then Remained Calm for About Six Weeks
Until Farley simply WENT OFF on Mathews. In a lengthy messages, she referred to him as “manipulative” and “irresponsible,” traits that meant their “children are the ones who suffer as a result.”
Here is One Excerpt from Farley’s Letter:
THE ALTERED PERCEPTIONS YOU HAVE CREATED FOR YOURSELF ON SOCIAL MEDIA IS TRULY STAGGERING. YOUR POSTINGS ARE CONSUMED WITH INACCURACIES, FALSE STATEMENTS, SELF-SERVING COMMENTS, OUTRIGHT MISREPRESENTATIONS AND BLATANT LIES. WHAT IS YOUR ACTUAL TRUTH? WHAT IS YOUR REALITY?
Here is My Truth…
In response to Farley’s pointed accusations, Mathews recorded a video on Thursday night in which he said she is lying, explained WHY she is lying and also included legal documents to back up his case.
“Truly Sad It Has Come to This,” Mathews Wrote as a Caption
He then began his video as follows: “I sit here humbly before you today a pretty heartbroken man in light of recent circumstances and things that were said about me in a long rambling rant that was highly erroneous and had many lies in it.”
Screw My Attorneys!
Roger went on to explain that while his lawyers prepared a statement for him, he instead is going to “shoot from the hip.”
Also, Screw Social Media!
Except for this one video, Mathews basically said, telling followers: “We’re going to address this in court, which is the proper place to address this where it should be.”
He Went On:
“We’ve proven Jenni and her attorneys to be liars in the past and we will do it again,” Mathews claimed in the clip. “There is a deep-rooted history of this — playing the victim.”
The Truth Will Prevail
“This is just the early stages of this and I know we have the proponents of truth on our side,” he added.
A Message for His Kids
Mathews ended the message by making a vowing to fight for custody of his children: 2-year-old son Greyson Valor and daughter Meilani Alexandra, 4.
He Said Jenni Only Posted Her Letter Because He Turned Down Her Latest Settlement Offer
“My concern is my children and I will not stop until I have my children,” he said.

Along with his video, Mathews included legal documents that he purports prove his side of the story.

“Ms. Farley uploaded what can only be described as fictitious and defamatory account of alleged unilateral, abusive conduct that creates a false narrative to provoke and incite her personal followers,” the documents read.

What is the Basis for All This Strife?
According to Us Weekly, the couple has clashed over the well-being of Greyson, who is autistic. “Jenni’s focus has always been on her kids, especially with Greyson over the last year,” the source tells this tabloid. “When she came back from filming Jersey Shore, she saw more clearly that she needed to have Greyson evaluated. That stemmed so much animosity with Roger because he thought Greyson was perfectly fine. [He was] almost in denial.”
A Major Disagreement
Clearly someone on Team Jenni, this insider continued: “[Roger] constantly made Jenni feel like she was crazy and dramatic for thinking Greyson needed anything Jenni was doing. Even down to Greyson’s diet, Roger would fight her on that. Turns out her motherly instincts were correct and thank God she got Greyson the care and diagnosis to help him now so as he gets older he can function on a similar level of his peers.”
Farley Simply Blasted Mathews
“You have spit at me. You have pushed me. You have shoved me. You have aggressively thrown me to the ground,” she wrote in her letter. “You have prevented me from closing doors to escape having you coming at me. You have belittled and disparaged me. You have threatened me.”
A Startling Accusation
Farley even accused Mathews of teaming up with her ex-boyfriend Thomas Lippolis to extort money from her, after Lippolis was arrested in December and charged with third-degree extortion.
How Dare You?!?
“It is unfathomable to me that because of you proactively contacting an ex-boyfriend of mine to team up against me, he was arrested for trying to extort money from me,” Farley alleged in her statement.

Now What?
We don’t know, but it seems like ages ago when the couple met for dinner in October and even longer ago when Mathews said the following on social media: “I’m gonna win my wife back; I’m gonna win her affection back; I’m gonna win her love back. I have no intentions of being a single dad.”
UPDATE: Jenni Responds … and She’s Not Happy
On Friday, the Jersey Shore staple’s team clearly took notice of Roger’s reaction and released a statement to Entertainment Tonight about her estranged husband.
Making It Clear
“The accusations in the letter produced by Mr. Mathew’s counsel to the court lack merit, foundation and basis,” the statement from Farley’s camp reads. “They are laced with false statements and voluminous efforts to further intimidate and bully a young mother: a survivor of domestic abuse.” Do you believe her?
Not Messing Around
“Moreover, they are a transparent and desperate ploy to deflect away from the hard, cold facts, none of which appear to have been responded to,” Jenni’s reps add.
Thinking of the Children
“The bottom line is that when a parent acts to protect the safety and well-being of their children, they are following through with their responsibility,” the statement continues.
A Devoted Mom
“It is this responsibility that Jenni Farley is focused on: Working tirelessly to support these beautiful children and to set up a positive coparenting plan with their father that works for the benefit of Meilani and Greyson,” the statement concludes.
