She shot down hateful rumors that Azan doesn’t love her.
Nicole has also celebrated that her family accepts Azan and her love for him now, despite what fans saw on 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After?
But with Nicole’s plans to return to Morocco looming on the horizon, does that mean that her folks will attend the celebration?
According to In Touch Weekly‘s report, they emphatically will not.
Some members of Nicole’s family are still opposed to their union. Others aren’t willing to make the trip.
And if Nicole hopes to change their hearts and minds, she’ll need to do so quickly.

Nicole is SO excited to marry Azan
They’ve been doing this dance, and starring on reality television, for YEARS, now. Fans saw them meet face-to-face for the first time. Now, 90 Day Fiance viewers are eager to see them finally, finally end their engagement … by getting married!
Here’s how it’s all going down
“One of her sisters is getting married at the end of June,” an insider reveals to In Touch Weekly.
Nicole’s waiting until that to make her move
“And,” the source continues. “She says she’s going back to Morocco once that wedding is over with.”
She’ll be going with May … and only May
“Nicole’s parents and siblings have no plans to join them,” the insider shares.
They feel burned out
“They already lost a lot of money on plane tickets,” the source explains, noting that her family was very disappointed by the two previous canceled weddings. That’s pretty fair, actually.
Nicole has explained some of her plans in this regard
“So our plan right now is actually for me and May to move to Morocco, marry, and stay there for a little while before attempting to come to America,” Nicole shared in a recent Q&A with fans.
It’s about the visas
“Mysteriously,” Azan’s application for a K-1 visa was effectively denied (long story), which a plight that Nicole says many Moroccans are currently facing. So she hopes that by marrying Azan, she can then secure a spousal visa and have better luck with that.
But .. how is she gonna make the trip?
“She doesn’t have any money to buy a [plane] ticket and I’m not sure where she’s getting the money from,” an insider told HollywoodLife.
That’s a very real concern
Famously, Azan does not really work much. It sounds like the job market in Morocco sucks, which means that Nicole’s options will be pretty limited, too. Nicole’s not exactly loaded — she used to work as a barista until very recently. How is she going to support herself, her fiance apparently, and her daughter?
If you think it’s from her family, think again
“She’s not getting the money from her parents or her siblings,” the insider asserts.
Everybody’s got their own stuff to deal with
“Her sister’s still paying off college debt so she doesn’t have any money,” the source explains. “And the sister that lives here isn’t paying for it because she doesn’t agree with it.”
Still, Nicole’s life is Nicole’s life.
“Her family tries to stay out of her business when it comes to Azan,†the insider expresses. “No one’s going to stop her from getting married. If she gets married, it’s her problem.” Well, that’s not a glowing endorsement, now is it?
Could we be looking at another postponement?
“They put off the wedding twice so they’ll probably put it off again,” the source speculates. Oh dear. This will not be good for anyone involved.
We already know what fans will say
Sure, Nicole hasn’t officially set a date for HER wedding, but another postponement will have fans chattering about Nicole and insisting that Azan is making a fool of her.
They think he’s some sort of scammer
Those beliefs were inflated when Nicole claimed, last year, to have given him $6,000 from her savings to help him open an extremely vague storefront in Morocco. He opened no such storefront … naturally, fans suspected the worst.
But it was all part of the plan
See, Nicole told her family that so that they’d get off her back. She’s not the first girl to date a guy with no job who just makes up something to tell her worried family so that they think that he’s gainfully employed. Nicole … bless her heart. She’s a good person, not a great liar. That fib made people MORE worried. The truth was that she hadn’t given him money, either
We can see what’s really behind these whispers and suspicions
Deep down, some people think that a hot guy like Azan MUST be scamming Nicole because of her weight. Part of that comes from his cringeworthy, blunt statements when the two of them first met in person. Nicole and Azan moved on from that, but fans have not forgotten.
Remember, they’ve been intimate
Nicole confirmed to fans that she and Azan have hooked up in some manner or another. If Azan isn’t getting money from Nicole and he frankly doesn’t seem super interested in fame, isn’t it easier to believe that he actually loves her? Otherwise, why would they be engaged? Some people project their own body issues to extremes, and it’s sad.
Their relationship is real
It’s had its ups and downs, but even if fans think that she’s in denial about Azan’s real intentions, sending her hateful comments at every turn isn’t going to help, is it?
