Kailyn Lowry is no stranger to plastic surgery.
Over the years, she’s had a good few procedures — some fat rearranged, some needles here and there, you know how it goes.
But after she canceled a scheduled boob job earlier this year, we assumed she was done.
We assumed wrong.
During this week’s episode of her podcast, Kailyn revealed that she’s actually got plans for at least one more surgery.
And you sincerely will not believe what it is.

Things weren’t always that way — here’s a hilarious old picture of Kailyn on vacation in Myrtle Beach with Jenelle and Leah. You know it’s old because there’s no way Kail and Jenelle would pose together now (and also because of Leah’s braces), but you can see here what she used to be working with.

But hey, the girl’s had three kids and gained a little bit of weight. She looks great, obviously, but it just makes sense that her body would be different after all of that, you know?

Of course, while we’re already here going on and on about her boobs anyway, we might as well mention that a lot of people think she’s gotten implants at some point.

In the fall of 2016, Kailyn began sharing pictures like this, and people couldn’t help but notice that she looked a little fuller in the chest than she had before.

Earlier that year was when she’d gone to Dr. Miami for a tummy tuck, Brazilian butt lift, and some liposuction, so the assumption by many was that she went ahead and threw some implants in there, too.

Others thought that because she’d had those specific three procedures, her proportions were considerably different, so of course her breasts would look larger, right?

And now we know that right around the time the breast implant rumors began in full force, Kail was hooking up with Chris Lopez. So maybe she gained some happy relationship weight that went to her chest, you know? It happens.

For what it’s worth, Kailyn has denied that she’s ever gotten implants — back in May, when she complained about her boobs on Twitter, several people said that she shouldn’t complain because she chose to size them up, and she responded with “Ummm no I didn’t.”

“Y’all are so quick to scream my flaws,” she added. “Like bitch I see it myself so keep your mf comments to yourself.”
Anyway …
But still, at the end of the day, whether she did get some secret implants or if life happened and her boobs grew, the point is that she feels like they’re too large.

And that’s why, as she revealed on this week’s episode of her podcast, she’s getting a breast reduction!

“They’re massive!†she complained. “It weighs me down. I already have bad posture and my boobs add to it.â€Â

She said that she’d been wearing a 36 DDD bra, but that she was recently measured by her trainer, and “he took all my measurements to do the weight loss stuff, he went to measure my chest and stuff too, checking everything. When he took my measurements, it was 44 inches! I don’t think I’m even wearing the right size bra. I don’t even think there is a 44 DDD.”
Wow
There definitely are bras that exist in a size 44 DDD, but that can’t possibly be the size she wears. So many women wear the wrong size, and the number part of the size is supposed to be the band size. If Kailyn wore a 44 DDD, that would mean her upper torso would be 44 inches around, and that just can’t be right.

Anyway, Kailyn said that “I’m so big and I’m super nervous and hopeful that I can get the surgery.â€Â

We’re not sure what she means by that, because besides fitting the surgery into her schedule, there’s no reason why she shouldn’t be able to get it done. It’s fairly obvious that her breasts are big enough to cause discomfort, at the very least.
