Every time we think the custody battle between Jenelle Evans and Nathan Griffith has reached its ugliest point, it somehow gets worse.

Last week Nathan went off on Jenelle over her seriously sketchy behavior in the wake of Hurricane Florence.

Jenelle refused to evacuate ahead of the storm, and afterward, Nathan accused her of scamming charitable organizations for free provisions and placing his son in danger.

Needless to say, Nathan hasn’t been mincing words when it comes to his accusations against Jenelle.
A Serious Allegation
Nathan went on to accuse Jenelle of making Kaiser “chronically ill.” He didn’t go into detail, but it’s easy to see why he’s no longer taking chances and entrusting his son to her care.

On a recent episode of Teen Mom 2, Jenelle and her husband, David Eason, revealed that CPS had been called to their home 20 times in less than a year.

Though they didn’t accuse him at the time, it’s widely believed that Nathan is responsible for all those wellness checks … and it also looks as though he won’t be letting up anytime soon.

A full ten days after Nathan posted that tweet, Jenelle FINALLY responded … with some painfully weak trash talk.

Between Jenelle’s erratic state and frightening episodes such as the incident in which she pulled a gun on another driver during a road rage incident, many have assumed Nathan will have no trouble attaining full custody.
Not So Fast …
As many have pointed out, however, Nathan has behaved rather erratically himself over the years, and convincing a court to take a child away from his birth mother is never an easy feat.
