Jenelle Evans takes it all back, folks.
The veteran Teen Mom 2 cast member called 911 back in October to very clearly state that her husband, David Eason, assaulted her.
She made this as obvious as can be while telling a dispatcher that Eason had gotten drunk and had broken her collarbone.
That’s simply a fact.
But Evans proceeded to go public with a very different story on multiple occasions, defending Eason in a number of interviews and social media posts.
Why did she therefore call the authorities? Why did she make this claim in the first place?
And what the heck actually transpired?!?
Jenelle tried to answer these questions on the latest episode of Teen Mom 2…
She Really Accused Eason of Assault
Ummm…yeah! Go ahead and listen to the 911 call for yourself above.
This is What Happened
“My husband, he just assaulted me,â Evans tells the dispatcher, mincing nary a word on this call.
He’s a Drunken Menace!
âÂÂHe pinned me down on the ground in the yard, and I think I heard my f-cking collarbone crack and I canâÂÂt move my arms,” she continued on this call. Again, pretty darn clear, right?
He’s Drunk and Dangerous
Evans went on to say Eason was wasted, might have a gun in the house and: âÂÂI have four kids in the house with me right now and theyâÂÂre all sleeping andâ¦I donâÂÂt know what to do.
Pretty Awful Stuff, Right?
But Jenelle now says not to worry about it at all… because none of what she said happened actually happened. Phew, we guess!
Okay. What Went Down on This Episode?
After playing the 911 call to close out the previous installment, MTV opened this one with a message that read: “A few days after Jenelle called 911, the phone call was posted online. Following its release, Jenelle refused to film.”
Did Her Mother Listen to the Tape?
Yes, Barbara said on camera, adding to a producer: “I really need her to be able to talk to me if something comes down again. Let her handle it the way she chooses. I’m worried about her, but anybody who has domestic violence has to make their decision themselves to come forward.”
More from Barbara:
Jenelle’s mom then shared her own experience with abuse, saying a man in her life used to “beat the living hell out of me” when they were together. “I remember that feeling, the feeling of being, I felt disgraceful. Sometimes I felt it was my fault and that I was embarrassed, I didn’t want anyone to know and I never told anyone.”
Poor Jenelle…
“It’s worse for her because she’s a public figure, she wants to keep it all private. If she needs me to come running, then I will come,” added Barbara. “I don’t want to do anything to alienate her away from me, now it’s getting good, we’re all hanging out, we’re all over her house. This is her marriage and it’s her life and this is for her safety. Whatever she says to me, I’ll accept what she tells me, until she’s ready to tell me the truth.”
Nathan Griffith Was Also Scared

The father of Jenelle’s son, Kaiser, Nathan explained to his girlfriend on air that she’s concerned Eason may also harm his kid, telling Ashley: “This is what scares me to death, I really think David is capable of doing something like that. Everyone can see Jenelle’s in an abusive relationship now and she’s trying to protect him. I think everyone’s starting to realize who is the problem.”
Enter Evans Herself
Eventually, Jenelle agreed to begin filming again, as she and daughter Ensley met up with her mom and Jace at an ice cream shop to discuss what happened.
Take It Away, Jenelle!
“The night 911 was called, we had a bonfire, we had all of our friends over and David went spotlighting with his friend JD, looking for deer. When I called David’s phone, he didn’t answer,” Evans said to open her new explanation for what transpired.
Go On Please…
“They were gone for like an hour, I was just checking up on him, saying, ‘Hey, where you at, can you stop by the store and get some drinks?’ When I called him, he wouldn’t answer his phone so I was pissed off and we were drinking and all the kids were sleeping in their rooms and it was like 11:30 at night.”
It Was A Hole
Not the work of an A-Hole, Evans now says. But an actual hole. “When David pulled in the driveway, I came outside yelling, screaming and cussing at him because I was pissed off he didn’t answer the phone and as I was yelling at him,” she said on this episode. “We were by the fire, I was basically running towards him cussing and then I tripped over this fricking hole.”
Oh No!
“He saw that I tripped and went to go catch me and then he fell too,” Evans detailed. “So we both fell and when we fell, he fell on top of me. We got back up, I was crying, I was screaming, I was mad, I was like, ‘You put me down on purpose!’ He said, ‘No, I didn’t!’ It was a big drunk misunderstanding on my part.”
Wait, Why Did She Call the Cops?

Jenelle said she called the police because she was “pissed off.” And when the cops showed up, she explained to them what happened. She then chose to take herself to the hospital.
Even More from Jenelle:

“The cops left, David came down to the end of the driveway, he asked me if I’m okay again, I said, ‘I’m fine, I just need you to stay here, I’m going to the hospital.’ He said okay, then all these reports came out that David fled the scene in the truck with the kids. It was a misunderstanding.”
This is the Truth, People!
Evans shared a similar story to this with Us Weekly a few weeks ago, telling the tabloid that she is fine and has nothing to hide. âÂÂEveryoneâÂÂs like, âÂÂOh, whatâÂÂs JenelleâÂÂs story? Oh, sheâÂÂs hiding it.â No, IâÂÂm not hiding it. CPS came to my house, they interviewed me, they know the story. My lawyer knows. Everybody knows except for the public.âÂÂ
Jenelle’s Previous Video Statement
Days after the 911 call went public and this situation went viral, Evans shared the video above, emphasizing over and over that she is not a domestic abuse victim.
“Everything’s Fne.”
So says Jenelle in that video.
I Would Never Lie About This
“I’ve been in so many domestic violence situations in the past that I would not put up with it now,” Jenelle insisted in this same video. “So I don’t know why you guys would think that I would continue to stay in this relationship if I was being abused.”
She Then Got Defiant:
“I was always telling you the truth about everything that happened with every one of my relationships — and if you don’t believe me, I don’t know what to f-cking tell you.”
Are You Buying What Jenelle is Selling Here?
Do you think Eason hit her or shoved her on purpose? Or did she really just fall down a hole… and then her husband fell on top of her?
