It’s been quite a week for Jenelle Evans and David Eason.
It was around this time last week that the world learned that David murdered Jenelle’s dog in a fit of rage, and Eason has been even more hated than usual ever since.
Monday night’s episode of Teen Mom 2 was shot months before the murder of poor little Nugget, but still, David was not exactly beloved by the show’s fans or producers.
He’s been fired from the show since 2017, and during her recent travels, Jenelle compared him to another controversial figure who everyone wishes would just go away.

The Not-So-Happy Couple
These days, Jenelle and David are separated (or so Jenelle says), but Monday’s episode was filmed several months ago, a time they were still “working things out,” in Jenelle’s words.
Barely Featured
Yet again, Jenelle was on screen for less than 5 minutes during last night’s episode. And yet again — David was largely to blame for that.
The Explanation
On last week’s episode, producers explained that they were unable to film Jenelle on her property because of David.
More of the Same
This week, they posted another title card explaining that they can only film Jenelle when she’s away from home.
Why Not?
Jenelle probably could’ve solved the problem by heading to a public park or something, but instead, she decided to jet off to Florida.
The Tragic Kingdom
And so, Jenelle headed for Orlando to sit down with one of the few people who will still talk to her — Briana DeJesus.

On the way, she let loose on her previous ally, Barbara Evans, saying, “She’s back to the way she was about thinking things about what the tabloids are writing and she doesn’t even come ask me about it.”
To Be Fair, Jenelle’s Been Sepatated Like 20 Times
“If there’s rumors Jenelle’s getting a divorce, my mom’s like, ‘Are you getting a divorce?’ She films things behind my back that airs on TV,” Evans added.
Bad TImes With Babs
“It hurt my feelings because it’s about my relationship and she knows about my relationship, yet she’s saying different things to other people that aren’t true, when she knows the truth,” said Jenelle.

“I told my mom, I can’t be that open with you anymore. You get protective or offended over the littlest things,” Evans added.
We’re So Sick of Hearing About Him
Getting back to the issue of David, Jenelle said, “I’m not talking about relationships because David can’t talk about anything, so I’m not going put him in that position. He doesn’t have the chance, he’s not allowed to be filmed.”
Oh, No
“It’s kinda like someone’s gonna go make a documentary about you and you have no say about it,” added Jenelle. “Kinda like the R. Kelly thing, you know what I mean?”

“They went and interviewed all these different people but they didn’t interview R. Kelly to see what he had to think about it and I feel like everyone here is just like filming about David, David, David, David, and David doesn’t get to say nothing about anything. He doesn’t get to say sh-t about nothing,” she added.

From there, Jenelle opened up to Briana, and once again, she blamed Teen Mom 2 and the show’s producers for all her problems.
Ups and Downs
“We had some ups and downs about me traveling a lot,” Jenelle said, referring to her fights with David over her shooting schedule.
Sounds About Right
“David said he’ll leave, but they think he’ll come and jump in front of the camera,” Jenelle said, ignoring the fact that David literally told producers he plans to disrupt filming.
Other Than That … Perfect Marriage!
“He just doesn’t want me going out of town all the time to have to film. That’s literally all me and David argue about,” Jenelle continued. “He doesn’t cheat on me, he doesn’t do anything wrong as a husband, he’s perfect. It’s just we argue about filming.”
She Doesn’t Get It
Jenelle went on to complain that “something needs to change” as producers are forcing her to decide between her marriage and her TV show.
Taking the Bait?
She’s clearly angling to get David back on the show, but what she doesn’t get is that producers and viewers alike are hoping she’ll simply bow out of further filming.
