As we noted earlier this week, the feud between Jenelle Evans and Kailyn Lowry is officially back on.
Granted, it was never really off, but the Teen Mom 2 castmates had been steering clear of one another for the past several months.
That changed this week when a new episode of the show dredged up some old hostilities.
Now, Jenelle is throwing everything she’s got at Kail on Twitter, and we’re reminded of just how ugly things can get between these two.

Best Frenemies
By now, you probably know the story — Kail and Jenelle were close friends in the early days of Teen Mom 2.
Those Days Are Done
The friendship came to an abrupt end, however, when Kail and Jenelle clashed on social media and Evans went nuclear, as she tends to do.
The End
There’s some disagreement over what the final straw was, but it likely didn’t help that Jenelle told the world Kail was pregnant with her third child long before Lowry was ready to make that announcement.
Back At It
Whatever the case, Jenelle and Kail are no longer besties — but they mostly manage to stay out of each other’s hair. Or at least they did until this week.
Torched
Back in December of 2018, Kail sent Jenelle some samples of her Pothead hair care line. For reasons that still aren’t entirely clear, Evans lit those samples on fire.
Passing On the Peace Pipe
Jenelle was so proud of her decision to torch Kail’s “peace gathering” that she posted a video of the incident on social media.

But the incident was long forgotten until this week, when it was featured on a new episode of Teen Mom 2.
Unexpected Response
Even though Kail predicted Jenelle might use the gift “for target practice,” she seemed genuinely shocked to see her olive branch go up in flames.
She Speaks the Truth
“The thing is, for her to act like this, I’ve done a lot for her through the years,” Lowry told a friend in the episode. “I really truly stuck up for her the most in the beginning.”
We Remember It Well
“I bailed her out of jail,” Kail recalled. “I called out of work one day when she was strung out on drugs and I drove to Jersey, picked her up and took her to the airport because she was strung out on fucking heroin who the f–k knows.”
Eternally Angry
While everything that Kail said is accurate, Jenelle still wasn’t happy to hear it.
Well … Kinda
“Lmfao don’t act like you’re my hero now. You gave me a ride in the past to pick up my mom… that’s helping someone’s entire life and doing ‘so much’ for them?” Jenelle tweeted during the episode.
Not Holding Back
“You’re fake, always have been,” she added in a tweet that’s since been deleted. “Don’t like you. Sorry. Just stop talking about me? Thanks.”
Praise For Babs
Jenelle went on to sing the praises of her long-suffering mother, Barbara Evans.
Shout Out to Barbara
“If anything the ONLY woman that helped me through my deepest darkest time was my MOTHER,” wrote Jenelle. “Thanks to her I was able to get through it all and overcome everything.”
Finally Getting To Her Point?
Jenelle went on to say that she was angry that Kail failed to reach out to her before sending the present.
Quite a Rant
“I’m like, oh, so you’re not even going to reach out to me and apologize, but you’re gonna go to the tabloids and brag about your product that you just sent to my house?” she tweeted.
Not So Fast
She might have had a point there … were it not for the fact that Kail very much reached out to her.
So Much For That Argument
“I didn’t watch tonight but let’s just be clear I absolutely reached out to Jenelle not only in text but on twitter as well to no avail,” Lowry tweeted.
Back to the Drawing Board
We guess Jenelle will have to come up with a different reason to justify her act of retaliatory arson.
