Earlier this week, 90 Day Fiance star Ashley Martson revealed that Jay Smith once again cheated on her.
Since this was not the first time that this has happened, Ashley was not in a forgiving mood.
At the time, she implied on social media that their marriage was over.
Was she just lashing out in the heat of the moment, or does she really intend to divorce Jay … possibly deporting him back to Jamaica in the process?

This love story has come to an end
To be clear, Ashley has changed her mind before, which is why she’s given Jay multiple chances. But it looks like this relationship has run its course after Jay’s latest indiscretion.
From day one, Ashley had her worries
Her friends warned her that Jay seemed a little too horny to remain faithful back when they were just engaged. And a clip for Happily Ever After? showed that Ashley received some bad news about Jay and what he appeared to be getting up to.
He cheated right after their wedding
Within the first few days after their wedding, Jay downloaded Tinder and Ashley caught him video chatting with a girl — who, in all fairness, did not know that he was married.
Stunningly, Ashley didn’t dump him then and there
Instead, she said that she wasn’t willing ot just give him the boot, even though he had betrayed and frankly humiliated her. (He had also punched a hole in her wall, which all by itself is a very valid excuse to break up)
So they tried it again
Jay was there for her after both of her hospitalizations this year. In fact, Ashley would claim that most of their relationship “trouble” aside from the cheating was just drama that the producers made up. It looked like Jay was taking his marriage seriously.
Jay blew his second chance
Ashley took to her Instagram Stories on Monday, April 15 to announce that Jay was once again cheating on her, and to suggest that she’ll soon send his butt back to Jamaica.
Not everyone got the memo
Ashley held a Q&A session on Instagram on Wednesday, just two days later, and one fan asked a question about Ashley’s plans to have kids with Jay. Just a few weeks earlier, she was singing a different tune, but now she and Jay are over.
Larissa spilled the beans
If Ashley’s post wasn’t enough, castmate Larissa let it slip to her own fans and followers that Ashley is currently single. Ashley’s response, confirming her status, is very cute.
That’s a very cute reference
Famously, during an argument with Coltee’s family, Larissa proclaimed “Any who is against the queen will die!” That’s also a fun quote to use during the final episodes of Game of Thrones.
Eventually, the Q&A got to be too much
When a famous person is nice enough to answer fan questions, please try to realize that your submission is one of dozens, hundreds, or even more. If you think that your question is a popular one or too intrusive, reconsider before asking it. Ashley was clearly overwhelmed.
But yes, Ashley and Jay are over
It’s a shame. They’d lost a lot of fans earlier this year after the fraud scandal after it was revealed that Jay had been running an account that had been “leaking” the couple’s pics. But the remaining fans were rooting for their marriage.
But this isn’t the last we’ve seen of them
Happily Ever After? premieres on April 28, and plenty of fans are looking forward to — or at least curious about — how things were for these two in the weeks following the Tell All special in which Jay was confronted about his cheating by the entire cast.
Will we ever know the details?
Depending upon when the Happily Ever After? Tell All was filmed, we may get to hear about Jay’s latest alleged cheating from Ashley on camera. But we may have to stick to social media.
