90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After? continued on Sunday night.
After discovering and even confirming the extent to which Jay cheated, Ashley packed his things.
When he had the nerve to show up in her home, things went from bad to worse.
Larissa had her hearing, but felt so betrayed and hurt by her husband that she didn’t even tell him how things went.
Chantel had to face the ugly truth after Pedro’s sister showed her footage that confirmed her worst fears.
Russ fends off Juan for the billionth time while Paola begins to spiral because of her postpartum issues.
And Nicole has the most heartbreaking conversation with Azan. Does he even love her?
Ashley. Has. Had. Enough.

As you may recall …

Ashley went to ask Jay’s friends at the barbershop if maybe he had cheated. She was suspicious. She gets told about how he banged some girl in the bathroom and she even sees a video of him getting roughed up by the owner for disrespecting his establishment. Ashley even got confirmation from the girl herself, who shot down Jay’s claims that it was only a blowjob.
Ashley is cutting him out of her life
She packs up his things with her friend there to help her. After the call from Jay’s side piece and the details she got from her, Ashley isn’t really treating this as a delicate matter.
She doesn’t even want to see him
Ashley asks Jay to just pick up his things, which she has packed for him and placed on the porch, and go. Unfortunately, Jay doesn’t listen.
He uses his key and barges into the house
Jay tries to talk with Ashley about this. Maybe if he’d groveled or stuck to apologizing, it would have worked … but probably not. He didn’t actually admit to boning this girl (real talk: would it being “just” a blowjob have made a difference? It’s still sex and it’s still cheating).
Ashley didn’t take it well
Furious, she drove Jay out of her house. While he should not have reentered without her permission in the first place, she definitely went overboard with this.
And Jay was out in the cold

This is when he finally admits to having boned the girl, but tries to say that it’s somehow Ashley’s fault, that this girl is more understanding or whatever.
Ashley hears this, too
She wants to go outside and fight him (Ashley needs to work on her temper issues; she can’t control Jay’s crappy behavior but she can control how she responds to it) but thankfully, her friend stops her. Unfortunately, her friend does not stop her from dialing 911 and claiming that she just had an altercation with him. A lot of viewers took to social media to express their unease with her decision to risk Jay’s life.
You know what’s REALLY weird?
This was probably filmed in either late 2018 or early January of 2019. Later in January, Ashley took Jay back. We don’t know if that will be covered on the show (outside of the Tell All special). They reconciled and spent another three months together … before Ashley filed for divorce again, this time fault divorce, accusing Jay of adultery.
Larissa and Colt
Ashley and Jay aren’t the only ones dealing with police or questions of immigration status.
Larissa went to her second hearing
She speaks to her same attorney again, who cautions her that she could potentially spend six months behind bars for her alleged domestic battery against Colt. This was her second arrest, just five months after the first.
Colt and Debbie were no-shows
Larissa knows that her english isn’t perfect, that she has a record, and that she’s from Brazil. But her attorney promises that he’s there to advocate for her.
Larissa comes home
She’s depressed, she feels miserable in her own house, and she doesn’t trust her husband or her mother-in-law. Even when Debbie tried to ask her how things went, Larissa shuts her out.
What’s the issue?

Part of the problem continues to be that Colt insists to Larissa that he didn’t say anything to the police, that they just chose to arrest her. That makes … no sense. The police were almost certainly called on Colt after Larissa had locked herself in the bathroom and sent out a desperate plea for help. When police first arrived, they pointed guns at Colt and had him put his hands behind his head. Larissa has to wonder what her husband claimed to them to make them decide to arrest her and not him.
Meanwhile, Colt doesn’t know how her hearing went
Husband of the year, everyone. He didn’t show up for her court date so when Debbie asks how it is, he shrugs. He does look things up in courthouse records and learn that the charge was dismissed.
Does Colt … understand?
Colt has a way of speaking that some people find unsettling. Some viewers aren’t sure if he really understands the gravity of what he did. Not when he deactivated her phone during an argument, making her fear for her safety. Not when he said whatever he must have said to police that made them drag away his wife.
You know what’s really weird?
Larissa’s arrest was in early November. But she and Coltee stayed together until almost exactly two months later. During that time, Larissa endures Colt’s heartbreaking cheating scandal in December.
Larissa always points the finger at Debbie
Obviously, Colt’s relationship with his mother is dysfunctional, but there’s more than just a decades-old umbilical cord causing problems in the marriage. Our guess? Larissa wants her marriage to work, so she tries to place all of the blame on Debbie and convince herself that things will get better when she and Colt have their own place. Their problems run deeper than that.
Colt just seems along for the ride
Like or her hate her, people can understand Larissa’s wants and motivations and frustrations, even if they do not sympathize. Colt is more of an enigma. A horny, unsettling enigma.
Chantel and Pedro

Chantel’s visit to the DR continues, and she is doing her level best to save her troubled marriage.
Chantel has already been suspicious of Pedro

She’s worried that his mother and sister are working him over and that they’ll destroy her marriage.
Pedro is semi-trying on his end
After days (or weeks) of everyone around Pedro constantly roasting and ridiculing his wife, he invites them to come with him and with Chantel for drinks, so that they can get to know her.
That’s when Nicole strikes
This almost looks like a painting. Pedro is nervous about his wife’s reaction. Coraima is staring hungrily at Pedro. Chantel looks at the screen.
She shows her this
Pedro grinds on Coraima, Nicole’s friend who is actually seated with them. Some spouses wouldn’t mind the other doing some dirty dancing, but these aren’t ordinary circumstances.
Coraima wants Pedro, and Nicole knows it
Nicole deliberately put Coraima in Pedro’s path and made sure that he was drinking. And now she’s using the video to hurt Chantel. Everybody but Chantel knows that the girl in question is there at the table.
Nicole wants to hurt Chantel, and it works
Chantel tends to respond to things like a human being instead of crying and screaming like a lot of other reality stars (including her own castmates), but she’s clearly devastated that Pedro is apparently window shopping for other girls.
He screwed up

On the plus side, Nicole may have ultimately done this troubled couple a favor. Sometimes, adversity makes couples stronger. We’ll have to wait until next week to find out.
Elizabeth and Andrei

Andrei is a strong contender for 90 Day Fiance’s most despised husband, and … Sunday night’s episode isn’t likely to change that.
Elizabeth could give birth any day, now

And so that means that it’s time to make plans for the delivery room. As you can imagine, Andrei thinks that he gets a say in it
Andrei doesn’t want anyone else there

Andrei says that he should be there by her side and the doctors should be there, but no one else. Translation? He doesn’t want Elizabeth’s mother and sisters there while Elizabeth gives birth.
Andrei then tries to manipulate Elizabeth

He suggests that if she’s such a strong woman, she should have no problem standing up to her family and keeping them out of the delivery room. This is absolute manipulative BS from a guy who wants to control his wife and bully her into cutting off her loved ones from huge milestones.
Andrei’s dad isn’t anything like this
Stefan is humble, gracious, and polite. He seems to get along well with Elizabeth’s family and even acknowledges that his son can be stubborn and hotheaded. Not to be rude but, like, why in the world does Andrei have a million chips on his shoulder when his dad is so chill?
Russ and Paola
So Pao has given birth to baby Axel at this point and they’re dealing with being new parents.
But …
Paola’s friend Juan comes into play. Honestly? He’s kind of a gift to them, in terms of their reality career. They don’t have nearly as much actual drama as some of the other couples without Juan.
Juan is still firmly anti-Russ
Paola then relays everything that Juan says back to Russ, who is annoyed as always. He’s mostly just tired of Juan. Like, they’ve been married for years. Leave it be.
They’re trying to embrace being new parents!
Russ and Paola are happy to be new parents. As exhausting as it is to have a newborn, this is an important time in their lives.
Maybe they’re going a little overboard
It looks like next week’s focus will be on Paola being, and I mean this in the nicest way possible, insane. Pao clearly has some postpartum issues and needs to see a professional about it. We don’t mean that she’s a danger to her baby or anything. But she’s balking at the idea of literally anyone else, including her mother-in-law, holding her baby. That’s nuts.
Nicole and Azan

Unlike all of the other couples, these two are still very much apart. Remember how Azan had to cancel their Grenada trip the day before they left, which must have cost hundreds of dollars (at the very least) that Nicole couldn’t get back? Yeah.
Nicole LITERALLY will not listen to any criticism of him
Even when Bobbalee very gently says that she hopes that things work out, Nicole faces another direction and zones out. She will not allow herself to entertain thoughts or suggestions that Azan doesn’t love her or that they won’t get their happily ever after. That’s sad. Even if you believe 100% that Azan wants this, you should be able to listen to the genuine concerns of your loved ones.
Nicole then calls Azan
She calls her on her phone in a public place, which is a little odd. But if you’re already surrounded by producers and a camera crew, we guess that a little public FaceTime without headphones isn’t too much more awkward.
She was excited for him to see her hair
Azan says that he likes her purple hair (we do, too!), and that “it’s good to be different.”
Nicole clearly loves her hair
She’s a hair fidgeter. You know how some people fiddle with a bracelet or tap out patterns with their fingertips? Nicole loves touching her hair.
So how is his “family emergency?”
Azan and Nicole have never revealed, even to Nicole’s family, the nature of his alleged “family emergency” that cropped up the day before their trip to Grenada. It’s super vague … but Azan says that things are now better.
Azan claims that he’s disappointed
We say “claims” because the rest of this heartbreaking exchange casts doubt upon that.
Nicole is eager to see him
This time, she wants to visit him in Morocco. She wants to do it “soon” (as in, summer of 2019, before May would start school in the fall), and tells Azan that she was able to get back SOME of the money she’d spent on the Grenada trip.
Azan’s response is like a knife to the heart
Maybe it was just normal intercontinental videochat lag, and maybe it was edited to seem longer, but there is then the longest pause before Azan replies to her suggestion. And what he says is the most apathetic, reluctant “yeah” that we have ever had the displeasure of hearing. If you ask your boyfriend if he wants to see you and he replies like that, dump him. @ Nicole, that goes for a fiance, too.
