Donald Trump has said some pretty amazing things while running for President. Many of which could be considered offensive.
When it comes to women, however, the Republican frontrunner and real estate mogul’s appalling record runs far, far deeper.
Trump has slammed the fairer sex in various ways since nearly the first moment he became famous, often in graphic terms.
Making it clear he can’t see much beyond their attractive exteriors, the Donald absolutely cannot hide his rampant misogyny.
Are we using that term loosely? Or, conversely, are we making the understatement of all time for one of the all-time sexists?
Read these quotes and tales and decide:
What Matters Most in Life
Speaking to Esquire in 1991, Trump said: “You know, it doesn’t really matter what [the media] write as long as you’ve got a young and beautiful piece of ass.”
Look at That Face!
“Look at that face!” Donald Trump actually said of former Republican rival Carly Fiorina. “Would anyone vote for that? Can you imagine that, the face of our next president?!”
I FELT Raped, But …
âÂÂAs a woman, I felt violated, as the love and tenderness, which he normally exhibited towards me, was absent. I referred to this as a âÂÂrape,â but I do not want my words to be interpreted in a literal or criminal sense.â – Ivana Trump, walking back but not disavowing a previous description of how Donald tore off her clothes, pulled her hair and raped her.
Thank You, Donald?
Trump said the following to the face of a reporter in 2014: “We could say politically correct that look doesn’t matter, but the look obviously matters. Like, you wouldn’t have your job if you weren’t beautiful.”
Women Are Killers
In “The Art of the Comeback,” Trump writes: Women have one of the great acts of all time. The smart ones act very feminine and needy, but inside they are real killers. The person who came up with the expression ‘the weaker sex’ was either very naive or had to be kidding. I have seen women manipulate men with just a twitch of their eye … or perhaps another body part.
No Need to Spill the Beans
Trump’s feud with fellow GOP contender Ted Cruz took a nasty turn in March 2016 … and devolved to the point where Don re-tweeted this comparison making the point that his wife is hotter than Ted’s.
Rape is Inevitable
Tweeted Trump in 2013: “26,000 unreported sexual assults in the military-only 238 convictions. What did these geniuses expect when they put men & women together?” Because the only result of men and women hanging out together is rape, right?
On Rosie O’Donnell:
We all know this one, right? Trump has referred to Rosie as “crude, rude, obnoxious and dumb.”
B!tch Be Cool!!!
In 2005: “My favorite part [of ‘Pulp Fiction’] is when Sam has his gun out in the diner and he tells the guy to tell his girlfriend to shut up. Tell that bitch to be cool. Say: ‘Bitch be cool.’ I love those lines.”
Not Giving 100 Percent
Working moms are particularly lacking in loyalty, and thus do not make for good employees, he wrote in Trump: The Art of the Comeback ⦠âÂÂSheâÂÂs not giving me 100 percent. SheâÂÂs giving me 84 percent, and 16 percent is going towards taking care of children.âÂÂ
All About Their Looks
Trump in 2004: “It’s certainly not groundbreaking news that the early victories by the women on ‘The Apprentice’ were, to a very large extent, dependent on their sex appeal.”
Breast Milk is Gross!!!!
When an attorney named Elizabeth Beck faced Trump in 2011 and asked for a break to pump breast milk for her daughter, she said Trump responded as follows: “He got up, his face got red, he shook his finger at me and he screamed, ‘You’re disgusting, you’re disgusting,’ and he ran out of there.”
Yup, He Really Said This
We’ll let Trump’s Tweet speak for itself this time around.
On Angelina:
“[Angelina JolieâÂÂs] been with so many guys she makes me look like a baby… And, I just donâÂÂt even find her attractive,” Trump said in an interview with Larry King in 2006.
On Bette Midler:
It’s safe to say this singer is NOT the wind beneath Trump’s wings.
Trump on Trump:
“Love him or hate him, Donald Trump is a man who is certain about what he wants and sets out to get it, no holds barred,” The Donald said about himself one time. “Women find his power almost as much of a turn-on as his money.”
Such a Romantic
Speaking to Vanity Fair in 1990, Trump said of his wife: “I would never buy Ivana any decent jewels or pictures. Why give her negotiable assets?”
Delusions of Grandeur
“All of the women on The Apprentice flirted with me, consciously or unconsciously. That’s to be expected.” – How To Get Rich, 2004
Out For Blood
“You could see there was blood coming out of her eyes,” Trump told CNN’s Don Lemon regarding Fox Newsâ Megyn Kelly. “Blood coming out of her wherever.”
Women Who Get Abortions Must Be PUNISHED!
Donald Trump believes women who get abortions should be “punished.” Yes, that’s something a presidential candidate actually said in 2016.
Donald Trump on Alicia Machado: A HUGE Problem!
Trump took Hillary Clinton’s bait and just had to call in to Fox and Friends in order to explain how former beauty queen Alicia Machado gained a lot of weight and became a big “problem.”
She’s NASTY!
Trump referred to Hillary Clinton as a “nasty woman” on stage at the third Presidential Debate. All because she made a crack about how he doesn’t pay taxes.
The. Video.
Pretty sure this video sums up Donald Trump’s take on women better than we ever could. Watch now.
