THG’s second favorite Mormon is saying goodbye.
Or not goodbye, based on the title David Archuleta has given his latest video blog.
But the former American Idol runner-up is headed off on a two-year mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints at an undisclosed country and won’t be around for a very long awhile to update fans on his life or career.
“It’s been a very emotional last week,” David says below. “It’s a decision everyone knows about but it’s a very personal thing and I wanted to keep it that way. So I hope you guys respect that, and you guys have so I appreciate that.”
