The Glee star was peeved over a photo spread in which her British boyfriend posed seductively alongside Lydia Hearst and Leven Rambin.
But Hearst – the daughter of actress Patty Hearst, who once dated Cisco Adler and made out with Aubrey O’Day – finds this reasoning laughable.
“I can’t help but laugh because it is nothing more than art, and it is beyond ridiculous that anyone would be upset about it,” the model told TMZ. “It was a kiss from over a year ago… it’s time to move on.”
