We already knew that Gina Rodriguez could act. She did win a Golden Globe for her breakout role in Jane the Virgin, after all.
But as she readies herself for Jane the Virgin Season 2 (premiering on October 12!), the talented young star helped host the 2015 Teen Choice Awards on Sunday night.
And she showed off an unexpected skill set in the process.
After Josh Peck suggested that Ludacris handle all the musical responsibilities at the ceremony, Rodriguez interjected because… wait a minute now, she argued… I can rap, too!
Okay then, Ludacris responded, prove it.
And Rodriguez went ahead and did just that, landing herself a spot in our memorable Teen Choice Awards moments countdown.
