Even though Jay Smith dismissed rumors that he knocked up his side piece, his cheating scandal continues.
Ashley Martson has been calling him out for weeks, and even her divorce filing accuses him of adultery.
Now, Ashley has identified a woman she accuses of “homewrecking.”
In fact, she even has photographic evidence linking Jay and his mistress.

Ashley is unlucky in love
Now, she’s trying her luck at revenge. She’s calling out Jay but also exposing his side piece.
It’s over!
For months, things appeared to be more or less on track for Ashley and Jay … until a few weeks ago.
In April, Ashley called him out
Ashley took to her Instagram Stories and taunted Jay that he was facing deportation (which is true) and seemed to strongly imply that he had once again cheated on her.
And she filed for divorce (again)
As you can see from this page (shared by 90 Day Fiance blogger John Yates), Ashley accuses Jay of adultery in the official court documents.
Didn’t she see this coming?
After all
She says that she was blown away
Ashley admits that she worried that he would cheat again, but that she never predicted that he would do something “to this extent.”
Now, it’s all blown up in Jay’s face
Ashley booted him from her house just weeks before his upcoming deportation hearing.
Now, his mistress is exposed
Ashley tweeted (and deleted) a photo of Jay and his alleged mistress, making it clear that she had photos of them standing beside the same pool. That’s not proof that they’re boning, but it could be evidence that they knew each other.
Ashley’s caption puts it in context
“When you want to text my phone about stealing my husband but don’t want to expose yourself,” Ashley writes. “Make sure I don’t have cop friends that can find out who you are #homewrecker”
Cop friends, huh?
You don’t actually need police friends to connect a phone number to an Instagram account. However, that might explain who snapped this photo of Jay a while back.
How long has this been going on?
A “source,” which some believe to have been Ashley herself, told In Touch that Jay and his side piece have been together for “months.” Ugh.
Some fans were quick to correct Ashley
“No one is a home wrecker!!!” a commenter correctly points out in the comments under a repost by John Yates. “The only home wrecker is your husband. He owes you the respect, not her! Not sure why people always like to blame the other part but not the person who’s actually at fault. The one that should be loyal and faithful.”
That’s true
Jay is the one who screwed up, folks. This woman presumably doesn’t even know Ashley.
However …
We don’t know the nature of the text that she sent to Ashley. Was it a mean-spirited “he’s mine now until he’s deported” or was it an apology, explaining that she didn’t know that he was married (which would mean that she never even googled him).
Or was it something in between?
As we saw late last year with their 90 Day Fiance castmate Colt Johnson’s cheating scandal, sometimes even famously married men tell very convincing lies.
Jay could be persuasive
Let’s face it: he’s hot. It wouldn’t take an elaborate lie for someone to believe that his marriage is effectively over or was always just a sham, either for a green card or for reality television fame. Plenty of people would swallow that. (Swallow that LIE; get your head out of the gutter)
This isn’t Jay’s first time cheating
He downloaded Tinder, video chatted with a girl, and was making plans to meet up when Ashley caught him — just days after their wedding. The dude has a problem.
And even before that …
Jay was accused of cheating with at least two other women while he was in Jamaica awaiting his visa to come to the US. At the time, Ashley chose to look the other way.
Some fans are unsympathetic
They either resent Ashley for her role in pulling the wool over their eyes earlier this year with her fraud scandal, which she says is just part of the reality business.
Or …
They think that a woman who stays with a cheater deserves to be humiliated again.
Others are sympathetic
Ashley seems to be a decent person and a devoted mom. Honestly, her biggest flaw may be that she sometimes posts impulsive stuff on Instagram out of anger only to delete it later. But … that kind of messy behavior makes her a great reality star.
Most of this won’t be on Happily Ever After?
They filmed Season 4 ages ago.
HOWEVER …
Ashley recently revealed that she was “still filming,” leading fans to wonder if elements of this dramatic divorce might make it on camera, either for the Tell All Special or something later in the year.
That’s why she’s been playing coy
She’s still only shared a handful of details about Jay’s cheating. At first, she was mostly just roasting him, and then “someone” (almost certainly Ashley herself) sent the divorce docs to John Yates for publication.
Was exposing his mistress part of the plan?
Or was Ashley just fuming and hoping for a little revenge against a woman whom she labels a “homewrecker” and lost her cool?
There’s one thing that we know for sure
The drama isn’t over. Ashley and Jay’s divorce and Jay’s deportation hearing don’t seem like the sorts of things that will go by without incident.
