Over the summer, Teen Mom 2 fans learned that Leah Messer is dating Jason Jordan.
Leah has been notoriously unlucky in love, so the news that she’d found happiness with a man who appears to be more mature and stable than her exes was greeted with cautious optimism by fans.
The mother of three has a tendency to rush into things, of course, and there were concerns that the couple would move too fast.
But like it or not, it looks like Leah and Jason are going full-steam ahead …

Fans began to suspect that Leah had found love way back in July, when she posted about how much she had enjoyed her Independence Day.

From there, Leah and Jason went on to strengthen their bond with a number of fun activities, most of them involving their children.

This may have been Leah’s way of both acknowledging that Jason is 13 years her senior and throwing shade at her exes.

Leah went on to say that despite rumors to the contrary, she and Jeremy are actually taking their relationship quite slowly.

“The goal is just to learn [about] each other,†she told Us Weekly.

“Even today, 7 to 8 months in, I’m not rushing anything. I just want to enjoy the time now,” she added.

Leah’s main obligation, of course, is to her three daughters. But thus far, her fact-finding mission has revealed that Jason is grade-A stepfather material.

“They share the same faith and have gone to church together,†a source close to Messer tells Us. “They love hiking, cooking and are both very family oriented. He’s very attentive.â€Â

Interestingly, Leah is a mother of twin girls, and Jason has a twin brother!
