Javi says he and Kail hooked up while he was at her house to do an interview for her podcast.
The Disagreement
Kail disagrees with Javi about the exact timing of the affair (she insists it did NOT take place after their interview) but she doesn’t deny he was involved with someone else at the time.
Briana Drama
Javi had to think hard to remember who he was dating at the time, but eventually, the truth came out.

Yes, Javi hooked up with Kail while he was still dating Briana, and we have the intensely awkward video of Marroquin confessing to his infidelity …
Bad Timing
Javi claims that he and Briana “were breaking up” when he slept with Kail, which is a fancy way of saying they were still dating.

“Kail was like, ‘Let’s go upstairs’ and I was like ‘Alright, let’s go,’†Javi said, recalling the affair.

At first, when he’s asked who he was dating at the time of the hookup, Javi plays dumb and says simply, “I don’t remember.”

When Nessa alleges that he was dating Briana at the time, Javi concedes, “We were breaking up.”

Kail agrees with Javi on that point, but for some reason, she gets upset when he claims the hookup took place after their interview.

Kail takes her Coffee Convos podcast quite seriously, so perhaps she felt that Javi’s claims reflected poorly on her professionalism.

Of course, these days, Kail is reportedly reconciling with her third baby daddy, Chris Lopez. Could it be that she’s so insistent on the timeline because she wants to make it clear there was no overlap?
