From the start, Javi seemed cofndent that he would eventually hook up with Briana. “We talked about that and we said there is no rush,” he told Radar Online early on. “Long distance is already hard enough as it is. If we want to keep this friendship and get closer and get to know each other, there is no rush.â€Â

Shortly thereafter, Briana and Javi began popping up on one another’s social media pages a LOT.

So are they actually dating? Javi seems to think so! “We are dating,†Marroquin sais in an interview last month. “We’ve been friends for a while and we weren’t in a rush.â€Â

Briana refuted that statement just days later, telling E! News “nothing is going on” romantically, and insisting that she and Javi are just friends.
Confusing the Issue
Not long after that interview, Bri and Javi exchanged some flirty tweets, and he posted about traveling to visit her, leading fans to the conclusion that they have a friends with benefits thing going on.
Hooking Up Out of Spite?
The relationship seemed to be confirmed by an anonymous source close to Kailyn, who told Radar Online that Lowry believes the Bri is playing mind games. “Kailyn can’t help thinking that Javi‘s main reason for dating Brianna is to spite her,” the insider said.
Out For Revenge?
That may seem a bit paranoid on Kail’s part, but it does sound as though Bri is enjoying messing with her rival’s mind.
Throwing Shade
In fact, Bri recently tweeted that she planned to hook up not only with Javi, but with Kailyn’s first baby daddy, Jo Rivera. Jo’s longtime girlfriend, Vee Torres, was understandably less than pleased.
Vee Ain’t Happy
Briana deleted quickly that tweet, but Vee had already caught wind of her trash talk, and she expressed her displeasure publicly.
Back At It
As she’s wont to do, Bri deleted all of her tweets after that. But soon enough, she was posting again, this time about her plans to MARRY Javi.
Just Joking?
Throughout all the drama, Briana has hidden behind the “just kidding” defense any time fans jumped to conclusions about her and Javi. And if pressed, she would probably claim that her marriage remarks weren’t meant to be taken seriously.
So What’s Really Going On?
So are these two friends, friends with benefits, or boyfriend-girlfriend? Our guess is that the answer is somewhere in between those last two options. We believe they’re hooking up, and the reason they’re so public about it is that Bri enjoys messing with Kailyn. This situation is sure to get uglier before it gets better.
