Following last week’s Top 12 results, culling the field down to 11 with the elimination of Sa’Rayah, the survivors returned again on Monday.
The margin for error? Slim to none at this point.

Who sent a message that they could really be named The Voice – and who might be at risk of being the next singer(s) ousted tonight?!
Ler’s break down the performances…
Ali Caldwell
Ali Caldwell opted to sing "9 to 5" by Dolly Parton. It was a surprisingly upbeat performance that proved she took last week’s feedback on board. The judges seemed to enjoy this change of pace for the competitor.
Sundance Head
Knowing Sundance Head was an avid fan of Alicia Keyes, it was inevitable that he would take on one of her songs at some point. "No One" was the song of choice and he made it sound like a country anthem. Well played.
Aaron Gibson
Aaron Gibson went with "Hurt" by Nine Inch Nails. It was a solid performance. Being in the bottom two two weeks in a row was clearly what he needed to force him to change things up and it paid off.

Courtney Harrell
Courtney went with "What I Did For Love" by A Chorus Line. It wasn’t the best performance of the night, with some missed notes, but overall, it was pretty solid.
Josh Gallagher
Josh went with "Drunk On Your Love" by Brett Eldredge. His performance took a hit because he seemed to be focusing more on dancing around the stage. Adam took note of this. Maybe next week, he should just stand on the spot.

Billy Gilman
Billy went with "All I Ask" by Adele. Being a vocal powerhouse, it was the right song for him and should have been enough to advance to the next stage of the competition.
Christian Cuevas
After proposing to his girlfriend, Christian performed "Rosanna" by Toto. It was a thrilling performance that showed why he was still in the competition.

Austin Allsup
Austin went with "Turn The Page" by Bob Seger & The Silver Bullet Band. Austin has a habit of leaving his mark on whatever song her performs and this was no different.
Darby Walker
Darby performed "You Don’t Own Me’ by Lesley Gore. Darby has been one of the most criticized contestants this year, but she continued to delight.

Brendan Fletcher
Brendan went with "The River" by Bruce Springsteen. He turned in a thrilling performance and it was clear he took prior criticism on board and changed up his act.
We McDonald
We McDonald went with "Love on the Brain" by Rihanna. It was a breathtaking performance that made it clear Alicia Keys could be on to a winner with her.
That’s a wrap!
