The President-Elect and the 44th President of the United State spoke to reporters while sitting side-by-side in the Oval Office on Thursday, November 10.
“I want to emphasize to you, Mr. President-Elect, that we now are going to do everything we can to help you succeed because if you succeed then the country succeeds,” Obama said at one point, while Trump replied:
“Mr. President, it was a great honor to meet you and I look forward to meeting with you many, many more times.”
Shocking. Truly shocking all around.
