Another day, another Farrah Abraham parenting controversy.
Before we get to what dumb decision she made this time, a disclaimer:
Look, we’re not gonna claim that Farrah is Mother of the Year material.
After all, this is a woman who’s been known to discuss her 7-year-old daughter’s future sex tape.
We can definitely understand the outrage over some of Farrah’s seriously questionable parenting decisions over the years.
And we certainly agree that it’s bizarre and more than a little disturbing that Farrah’s idea of a vacation is taking Sophia for a professional modeling shoot on the beach.
That said, we can’t help but think folks occasionally comb through Ms. Abraham’s Instagram accounts in search of something to get pissed off about.
Take, for example, this video of Sophia that Farrah posted on Instagram yesterday:
Naturally, fans have expressed their ALL-CAPS FUROR over everything from Sophia’s improperly secured lifejacket to her choreographed dance moves.
"Way to big life jacket. She prob is watching way too many "seductive" music videos," wrote one fan, who apparently onlt gets the "to" vs. "too" thing half the time.
"So much money and can’t purchase a kids life jacket??" commented another one.
We agree that Farrah’s nautical safety skills could use some work, and she definitely needs to stop treating her daughter like her grown-up bestie.
But when we’re criticizing Farrah’s parenting, let’s stick to the stuff that’s clearly just horrendously wrong on multiple levels.
Whether it’s posting inappropriate photos of Sophia or physically forcing her boyfriend and daughter has given us plenty to condemn, she’s given us so very much to work with.
When you make fun of her daughter’s dancing skills, you’re like a political cartoonist who just can’t come up with a good Donald Trump gag.
"Oh, when will he say something stupid?! Couldn’t he at least be kinda funny-looking?!"
You get the idea.
