On The Big Bang Theory Season 9 Episode 18, Howard expressed serious doubts about a legal partnership with Leonard and Sheldon.
Concerning the infinite persistence gyroscope, that is. Why?
Titled "The Application Deterioration," The Big Bang Theory Season 9 Episode 18 showed just how much Sheldon Cooper loves contracts.
So much so that he’s been doing them basically since he could walk, so you know he wanted his new business relationship to be official.
The issue? CalTech wants 75 percent of the profits from his invention, while Howard is entitled to nothing because he’s a NASA employee.
Naturally, the solution is for Sheldon and Leonard to form a partnership and share the proceeds equally with their friend. Simple, right?
Well, it was, until the ladies caught wind of it.
If you watch The Big Bang Theory online, you know how that goes, and sure enough, they cautioned him against the proposed deal.
At the very least, they wanted Howard to have a lawyer look at it, since “You are about to form a legal partnership with Sheldon Cooper.”
Hard to dispute Bernadette’s point there.
Howard’s hilarious response? “If you are going to calmly make excellent points, then I don’t want to talk to you.” Good one, right guys?
Eventually, they settled on a deal in which Sheldon agreed to refrain from mocking Howard … and provide for Howard’s unborn baby.
While this was going on, Raj was trying to figure out whether to spend the night with flirty ex Emily or flirty bartender Claire. Oh, decisions.
