Chris Brown is not going down without a legal fight. He’s taking it to baby mama Nia Guzman in court … and using her boyfriend as leverage.
Nia wants full custody of Royalty and visitation rights for Chris … but only if it’s strictly monitored, given the R&B star’s dangerous history.
We’re not even talking about the fact that he beat the living crap out of Rihanna once. She feels Chris is constantly putting Royalty at risk.
Basically, he’s a terrible person who hangs with criminals, smokes weed, is prone to violence and is followed by trouble wherever he goes.
It’s very hard to argue she’s wrong about the latter.
Chris, whose crew fires off death threats if someone likes pics of Karrueche in a bikini, and who gets robbed routinely, is just bad news.
He loves his daughter, to be sure, but if Chris’ house gets robbed at gunpoint and his club events are OFTEN marred by shootings?
Doesn’t exactly help his case for joint custody.
Unless, as TMZ reports, Brown feels her argument will boomerang because of her boyfriend, King Ba … who’s even worse than he is!
This dude lived with Nia Guzman and was even named on Royalty’s birth certificate … before he became a fugitive for felony forgery.
Nia sure knows how to pick ’em.
Ironically, this could work to Chris’ advantage in his bid for joint custody of Royalty, as he plans to argue that she’s in no position to talk.
He also believes her motivation has nothing to do with custody, but rather to shake him down for more child support than he’s paying.
Chris and Nia worked out a private settlement originally that he feels is more than generous, and feels this is all just a money-grab.
