Poor Kim Richards. She just can’t ever stay on top for long, can she?
With Richards having just checked into rehab to finally address her substance abuse issues, the reality star is now facing another life hurdle:
Someone is suing Kim due to her allegedly very bad dog.
Legal documents were filed Tuesday in Los Angeles in which Kelly Crossley claims that Kim’s pitbull, Kingsley, bit her "without warning."
The incident supposedly took place at Richards’ residence on September 1, 2014.
Moreover, the lawsuit alleged that Richards was aware the canine was dangerous because it had previously bitten another one of her friends.
It claims that that The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star and her relatives members failed to exercise a reasonable amount of caution that could have prevented this latest attack.
Crossley is seeking unspecified damages that would cover medical costs, loss of income, damages for pain and suffering.
She says her injuries are “grave.”
Richards did send her dog to a trainer in November 2014 after multiple attacks too place, including Kingsley biting her niece, who had to have surgery after the incident.
This lawsuit is just the latest setback for Kim Richards.
According to another report, sister Kyle Richards isn’t talking to her these days until Kim gets her life back in order.
