Earlier today, a photo of Bruce Jenner wearing a dress appeared on the front page of The New York Daily News.

The pic was snapped by tabloid photographers who were unlawfully using telephoto lenses to invade Bruce’s privacy.

Jenner called the cops on the paparazzi, but the damage had already been done, and it seems the stress of keeping his new identity a secret may be taking a severe toll on the former Olympian.

A new report from In Touch claims that Bruce has been on suicide watch in the days leading up to the air date for his interview with Diane Sawyer.

The tabloid claims Jenner has been showing some troubling signs, including "non-stop crying, crazy mood swings and dangerous behavior."

As for the conflicting reports about whether or not the Kardashians have been supporting Bruce, In Touch claims they initially stood by him, but have been quietly distancing themselves from their former step-father in recent weeks.

It’s distressing news, particularly as the suicide rate for transgender individuals is considerably higher than in the rest of the population.

Jenner’s Diane Saywer interview will air on April 24, and hopefully the reality star will find himself receiving a greater level of support and acceptance from fans after he tells his story.
