Hillary Clinton has thrown her proverbial hat into the most powerful ring in the land.

Yesterday, following months of speculation and assumptions, Clinton confirmed that she is running for President of the United States.

She did so via a video that depicted citizens from all around the nation, all preparing to start a new phase in their lives, with Clinton then echoing the same sentiment.

"Everyday Americans need a champion," the Democratic hopeful says. "And I want to be that champion. So I’m hitting the road to earn your vote – because it’s your time. And I hope you’ll join me on this journey."

It sure looks like a handful of celebrities are ready to join Hillary. Here is a look at how Twitter reacted to Clinton’s Presidential announcement:

Beth Behrs: She’s ready. We’re ready. #ReadyForHillary let’s do this! #Hillary2016 #HillarysBigAnnouncement.

Jeffrey Wright: Nice inclusive portrait of America @HillaryClinton – great message. It’s on. #Hillary2016.

Star Jones wrote: I’m in @HillaryClinton.

Jesse Tyler Ferguson: I have an announcement: I’m not running for president. Yay #Hillary2016.

Eric Balfour: I’m with you all the way @HillaryClinton.

Lisa Ling: I’m shocked…just kidding. Sarcasm doesn’t work in social posts. May the best candidate win.

Magic Johnson: I feel @HillaryClinton will be a great President for the American people and she will make sure that everyone has a voice!

Ariana Grande: yaaas @hillaryclinton.

On the Republication side, Ted Cruz and Rand Paul have also announced their plans to see the nation’s highest office.
