According to the official synopsis for Arrow Season 3 Episode 11 ("Midnight City") Arsenal and Diggle will confront Laurel about stepping into her sister’s shoes as The Black Canary.
They’ll be concerned she might end up dead as a result.
However, Brick will take the city’s Aldermen captive threatens to kill them all unless the police evacuate The Glades, prompting the Canary to fly into action.
Elsewhere,, Ray steps in to help Lance and the authorities force fight Brick, showing Felicity a new side of her boss; while Malcom informs Thea that Ra’s al Ghul is after him and they must skip town… ASAP!
