Are you ready for a peek into the future, movie fans? One that will take you very far back in time?

Over the weekend, Universal Pictures released a 20-second teaser of Jurassic World, the wildly anticipated follow up to Jurassic Park that will co-star Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard.

NBC will premiere the full-length Jurassic World trailer at 9 p.m. EST on Thursday night, near the beginning of the Seattle Seahawks-San Francisco 49ers football game.

But you can get your first quick look at the action to come now:

Pratt will portray a scientist who conducts behavioral research on raptors in Jurassic World, a role he describes as a mixture of Dr. Alan Grant (Sam Neill) and Dr. Ian Malcolm (Jeff Goldblum) from the original movie in this franchise.

"He’s got a little of both," the actor told MTV in February. "He’s got a little bit of the Goldblum cynicism, but also the Sam Neill excitement and the wonder of the biology of it all."

Jurassic World will also star Judy Greer and it will take place on Isla Nublar, which allows 20,000 visitors a day see dinosaurs up close. We’re sure nothing can possibly go wrong with that plan.
