Get ready for the feud of the A-list wives!
Star magazine is reporting that Amal Alamuddin and Angeline Jolie full-on hate each other and it all started with Angie forcing Brad Pitt to skip his BFF George Clooney’s wedding.
“They were invited and Brad gave George his word he’d be there,” an insider tells the tabloid. “But Angie vetoed the trip at the last minute. She wanted to pull a power play and diss Amal.”
Of course, Amal and George didn’t attend Angelina and Brad’s wedding either, but this is totally different, you guys!
Yes, sources say Angelina doesn’t like Amal because she’s all smart and pretty and stuff, and she would’ve apparently preferred that Clooney marry some illiterate fuggo:
“Angie feels competitive with Amal,” says the source. “She has been running from her past for years, and although she’s done a fabulous job reinventing herself, she continues to feel like an uneducated outsider.”
Yes, this report asks us to believe that Angelina Jolie suffers from self-esteem issues.
Of course, in a recent interview, Brad seemed to subtly diss Clooney’s marriage, so it’s possible that there’s some bad blood between the A-list couples, but we doubt it’s the result of Angie feeling insecure.
But hey, if Amal did manage to marry Clooney and mean-girl Angelina in the same year, she’s officially the bossest lawyer in the history of ever.
