Here is something you almost never, ever, ever hear:
Justin Timberlake is drawing criticism from a number of people online.
The singer, one of the most scandal-free stars in Hollywood, sent a birthday message to Madonna over the weekend that read:
“A happiest of Bdays to my mother chucking ninja, @Madonna!! Hope you have a great one, M!”

But Timberlake quickly deleted the post after many followers called him out for using what some believe to be racist slang, as “mother chucking ninja” can be a euphemism for “mother f-cking n-gga.”
For example, Katy Perry, substituted “ninja” for the similarly-sounding racial epithet when she covered Kanye West’s “N—-s in Paris” during a Radio 1 performance in 2012.
Typically, of course, Madonna is the one creating a viral stir.
She once referred to her son by the N Word and she once said kale is gay.
Timberlake, meanwhile? This Twitter hiccup aside, he did lead a group of 25,000 late last week in singing happy birthday to a fan with Autism.
