Model Stasiya Maria is suing Chris Brown, claiming his modeling agency took photos of her and is now using her image without having paying her a penny.
In other news … Chris Brown has a modeling agency.
Stasiya Maria claims she was invited to a test shoot for the agency, Legendary Faces, on March 21. This meeting, she says, turned into a giant casting call.

She says she had no idea what was going on, but played along just the same, posing for a few bikini photos with other girls in lingerie. Modeling work.
However, Maria claims she never signed a release.
This has become an issue because she’s now featured in two Instagram promotional videos the company produced, essentially marketing them for free.
Maria’s lawyer fired off a letter to Chris Brown’s company, demanding it take the videos down immediately or she will follow through with a lawsuit.
Legendary Faces had no comment on the matter … most likely because the face of the company is traveling on Con Air to D.C. to face trial for assault.
Tends to throw a wrench into a lot of PR efforts.
