According to the Schodack Police Department, the singer was busted just after midnight for felony driving while intoxicated … and failure to dim headlights.

He was arraigned and remanded to Rensselaer County Jail in lieu of $2,500 bail. Cassidy, 63, later made bail and has since been released.

In 2010, the former Partridge Family star got popped for DUI and driving with an open container, eventually pleading no contest and receiving probation.
