The Joe Francis sex tape has officially been sold … only to be returned to Francis himself in what was a major solid courtesy of Vivid CEO Steve Hirsch.
The Joe Francis sex tape, in which the Girls Gone Wild sleaze puts it to his hot girlfriend, somehow made its way into the possession of a third party.
He threatened to sue, claiming it was stolen from her iPad.
It’s a moot point, though, thanks to Hirsch, Francis’ friend who bought it from the seller for an unknown amount, then turned around and gave it to Joe.
Why wouldn’t they just call the cops if this was a legit theft?
Hirsch said that “because of the time-sensitive nature of the situation I made a decision to expedite the process and return the movie to its original owner.”
He doesn’t need Joe’s anyway, since the Farrah Abraham sex tape is making BANK for him, and the Kim Kardashian sex tape remains a juggernaut.
And seriously. Who want to watch Joe Francis fornicate?
