Justin Bieber got into legal hot water a couple months ago when he allegedly spit on his neighbor.

But a new document has leaked online that makes it evident the singer isn’t afraid to turn the legal tables on one of his party guests if they dare reveal details of his thrown-downs.

TMZ has obtained a copy of the Liability Waiver and Release that all guests must sign before they can grab a drink – and it states that those who go public with anything regarding activities inside the mansion will be sued for damages.

To the tune of $5 million.

This include any Tweeting, blogging or Facebooking about Bieber’s parties.

Any such violation will result in very expensive lawsuit against the guest.

This is really a pretty smart move by Bieber, but when the form warns of activities that are “potentially hazardous and you should not participate unless you are medically able and properly trained…” it makes you wonder what the heck is going on in there.

Come on. Give us some idea please, Lil Twist? We won’t tell a soul.
