Adam Levine and Alicia Keys performed "Girl on Fire" Sunday at the Grammys, with the Maroon 5 frontman stepping in for Nicki Minaj on music’s biggest night.
Decked out in slick black slacks and black shirt, Levine took the stage with his band to perform "Daylight" before Alicia Keys joined them and the duo.
Alicia killed it on the drums. After a verse of "Girl," they brought it back around with "Daylight," then ended things with some more "Fire." And it rocked:
Among the many other notable moments from last night’s extravaganza …
- Frank Ocean’s Grammy performance of "Forrest Gump"
- Taylor Swift opening the show with a Harry Styles diss
- Justin Timberlake performing and releasing "Mirrors"
- Carrie Underwood’s fashion/song blowing us away
- The Rihanna and Chris Brown PDA-fest
