Thursday’s episode of Grey’s Anatomy was filled with vintage drama.
Teddy, who randomly returned last season with a secret pregnancy found herself stuck between not one, but two men.
Teddy’s pregnancy kicked into high gear when she started having early contractions and missed the birth class she, Owen, and Tom were supposed to attend together.
Teddy was rushed into hospital with an insufficient cervix. Teddy wasted no time in confronting her biggest fear:
She was scared of having a newborn, and it was getting to her. Owen was not having any of it, saying that she was going to be the best mom. Period.
Tom, who always walks in when people are having conversations, popped up and interrupted them. He told Owen that he was prepared to fight for Teddy.
"I will not lie down. I will not walk away. I will fight for her,” Koracick said, adding:
“And that will bring on a whole lot of drama and a whole lot of pain for a woman you claim you want to be happy.”
Grey’s loves a love triangle, but might this be one too far?
Time will tell.
Owen’s ex, Amelia had moved well and truly on and was getting closer to Link. The episode started with them feeling awkward because, well, they hooked up.
Maggie picked up on it, but Amelia wanted to keep it on the down low.
Amelia and Link then worked together on a surgery, and you could cut the tension with a knife. Their patient wound up paralyzed.
The pair then found themselves getting closer to each other once again in one of the hospital’s private rooms.
Yeah, Grey Sloan Memorial has a lot of rooms, and the staff seems to be using them for sex.
As for DeLuca, he was still mad at Alex for pulling the plug on his father’s project. The pair argued over a patient, prompting Alex to kick DeLuca from the case.
But the patient then persisted that she would not be having the surgery if DeLuca was not part of the case.
DeLuca returned to help put the patient at ease, but Alex was not ready to forgive and forget.
Alex was mad that DeLuca was shutting out Meredith and felt she deserved so much better.
DeLuca took that to heart and made his girlfriend dinner when she checked in on him.
“I needed a minute,” he admitted. “But now I need you.”
How cute!
