And we mean MAJOR trouble with the law.

The former Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta cast member, whose real name is Atasha Chizaah Jefferson, was indicted in Cobb County last Thursday on multiple felony charges.

According to court documents, these charges include:

  • Aggravated assault
  • Child cruelty
  • Battery
  • Aggravated stalking
  • Disrupting a public school

And the details behind the charges only paint an even more horrific picture for Lee.

She’s accused of going to her daughter’s middle school in October, walking into this child’s classroom unannounced and slapping her daughter on the hands with her purse strap.

She’s also accused of slapping her across the face… dragging her down the hall by her hair… and throwing her into a metal locker.

These alleged events took place on October 16 at Griffin Middle School in Smyrna, Georgia.

Jefferson was arrested at the scene and made bail — but then she was then arrested again the very next day for violating a court order to stay away from this daughter.

(As part of making bond, Lee was ordered to stay away from her daughter for an unknown period of time.)

Per these same legal documents, Lee went home after leaving jail following the first arrest and the young girl was there.

The cops then found Lee in the attic of this residence and took her into custody once more.

Known for stirring up quite a bit of drama during her run on, the mother of two was arrested in July of 2018 after striking a valet operator outside of Atlanta hotspot Royal Peacock.

She said previously that she had been arrested over a dozen times.

And she also seemed proud of this fact.

Just one day ago, on her most recent post on Instagram (where she has 3.5 million followers), Lee shared a picture of herself along with the caption:

“Been through A storm and it turned me Into Ah G."

“Half the time I’ve been on probation without going to prison," Lee told VH1 upon joining the Love & Hip Hop cast in 2016, adding at the time:

"Half the time I was put on probation but I was still a badass. I still would violate probation. I wouldn’t do community service, so [I] guess that you get booked again and [then] you got a whole new mug shot."

Lee’s next court date was not immediately available online.

But if convicted on all seven charges she faces, the ex-reality star could face up to 54 years behind bars.
