On Teen Mom OG Season 3 Episode 7, the mercurial Farrah Abraham moved to Los Angeles, yet continued to fight with Simon Saran.

We know. What else is new. Even worse than usual, though.

If you watch Teen Mom OG online, you know that the fourth wall is often breached as the producers play a role in on-camera drama.

This week was no exception to that (unusual) rule …

Such was the case last night on Teen Mom OG Season 3 Episode 7, when Farrah’s producers found themselves caught in the middle.

With Farrah settling into her L.A. townhouse and forcing Simon to help her move in, the tension was high, and Saran was not happy.

As such, he enlisted producers to help her move instead!

"She drives me crazy. She’s nuts," Simon says, seriously.

Farrah’s response? "He thinks it’s f–king funny." Oh?

"[Simon says to me], ‘Oh, I’m buying you this furniture because I feel like being nice today, or whatever.’ He owes me f–king money."

"No he’s a f–king liar, a scam artist. I’ve had a-f–king-nuff because I’m so f–king disturbed. I don’t even f–king care," Farrah proclaimed.

Basically these two are an absolute train wreck.

Not to be outdone, Ryan Edwards’ lackluster parenting skills (to put it mildly) continued to wear on his ex, Maci Bookout, Monday night.

What a D
(MTV)

"He doesn’t have any other children, he doesn’t have a job, he doesn’t have anything else to do," Maci vented to a friend about Ryan.

"He doesn’t get it because he never had to grow up."

"He’s 28 years old … his mom still cleans his room and does his laundry and makes his sandwich for him and takes care of his child on the weekends."

"He’s never had to do anything," she says. Ever."

"Its like he’s his big brother, not his dad."

Maybe Maci should give the guy a break, seeing that Ryan Edwards is killing cats for the good of his neighborhood. Ever so selfness.

Amber Portwood, meanwhile, is moving on up in the world, to a new house! Lest you think she hasn’t thought about how this looks…

She full-on admits it’s an eff-you to haters.

"People would say online, ‘Oh, she doesn’t have any money, look where she’s living,’ and stuff," she told producers. "We just laughed."

"Because I’m like, ‘Well, you don’t know what I’m working towards, and it’s not your life.’ So this is our big eff-you."

Well okay then.

The new place is close to her ex, which should be good for her daughter if Matt Baier and Gary Shirley can develop some sort of bond.

"When I seen [Leah] unhappy when we would go to the custody battle, I was so f–king depressed," Amber told her producers.

"I even told [Matt] one day, ‘If I have to keep going on like this, I’m gonna kill myself.’ I felt so down on myself."

"I had to call off picking up Leah a couple Wednesdays because of it. I didn’t want Leah to see me that day."

In any case, things are looking up for Amber – and for Catelynn Lowell, who made her return from a month-long stay in rehab this week.

Lowell told MTV producers that time away helped with her depression and other issues, and that she had even given up pot as a result.

"I’m just not gonna hit it," Cate explained. "I got out feeling good about myself, so I’m just gonna keep that going. For myself."

"I think this is the best thing I’ve ever done in my life."

As for the fact that she’s on Teen Mom: OG, well …

"I kinda wanna take this whole MTV s–t just a little slow," she says, all these years later. "Just, like, warming up to it all."

Godspeed.
