It was the moment plural marriage fans across this great nation were all waiting for as Kody and Robyn announced the sex of their baby – his 18th child.
So what did we learn on Sister Wives Season 6 Episode 12?
Sunday night’s installment, appropriately if not cleverly titled “A Boy or a Girl,” kicks off with the patriarch of the Browns announcing their trip to Alaska.
There, it will be unveiled if Robyn is having a boy or a girl.
Because it’s The Last Frontier and this is his last child? Because family trips are what reality shows are made of and Alaska has some great scenery?
Probably the latter.
In any case, after the judge decided Kody could adopt children from his wife’s previous marriage, it was only fitting that he’d add yet one more.
But which kind?!
“Is it a baby sister or a baby brother?” Robyn asks Solomon, Kody’s youngest child until January 7, and it turns out, the little man is right on the money.
It’s a girl, baby!

“It’s a girl!” Truely excitedly shouts after opening a box with a pink baby doll stuffed inside, while Hunter may have had the best reaction of all.
“I feel like I have a lot of sisters, but that’s OK. I want more,” he says in a moment that would melt anyone’s heart. “I just love my sisters so much.”
