Sometimes, you just have to take matters into your own hands.
And sometimes that matter is another man’s penis.
On Thursday, a Japanese college student was arrested in Tokyo for allegedly using a pair of scissors to cut off a man’s genitals.
The 24-year-old castrator approached a man who was allegedly his wife’s lover at a law office around 7:40 a.m.
And things quickly escalated.
Kotsugai, who is a boxer, began punching the man, the AFP reports. Then, the altercation got really ugly.
When the wife’s lover was knocked nearly-unconscious, Kotsugai unzipped the man’s pants and with a pair of garden shears, he cut off his penis.
As if cutting off another man’s junk wasn’t enough, Kotsugai then proceeded to flush the detached member down the toilet.
Shortly after the incident, Kotsugai was arrested.
Reports from the area claim that Kotsugai’s wife is a clerk in the same office as the now penis-less man, whose medical status is unknown/
She was also present during the attack.
