We one form of exercise not currently being employed by Ciara at the moment: Sex.

That’s because God told Russell Wilson not to sleep with his new celebrity girlfriend.

But the singer is featured in the latest issue of Shape, opening up to the magazine about all the weight she once gained and how she went about shedding it.

"When I was pregnant with Future [Jr.], one thing I learned quickly was, don’t ever let a pregnant lady be hungry," Ciara says in this cover story.

"Because I was like the Tasmanian Devil! I indulged in all the good food the world has to offer."

Ciara explains that she was limited in her gym routine shortly after gaining birth and her weight went up by 60 pounds at one point.

"But as soon as the doctor said I could start training again, I was on the treadmill the very next day.

"Once I got back into it, I worked out two or three times daily. I would go to [trainer Gunnar Peterson] first for my one-hour training session, then I’d have two more cardio sessions later in the day."

Ciara also credits a "clean eating program" for the return of her impressive body.

The gorgeous singer tries to drink a gallon of water per day and admits she cheats sometimes with ice cream and/or french fries.

But "I have a mantra: ‘The food isn’t going anywhere,’" Ciara tells Shape. "You know those days when you think you have to have a plate of pasta right now?

"When I’m trying to be good, I take a minute to ask myself, ‘Do you really need to eat all this crazy stuff? It will still be around if you want it later.’"

And, as you can see above, Ciara’s food philosophy is clearly paying off.

You gotta go tap that, Russell Wilson!
