Teresa Giudice still has nine months left on her prison sentence (though she’ll likely qualify for early release), but the Queen of Jersey Housewives is already plotting her return to the top.

Last week, we learned that Teresa will cash in on a prison memoir, which is rumored to be already mostly completed. (She won’t be able to formally strike a deal until she’s released, but sources say a hefty payday has been agreed upon.)

Now, sources are saying Giudice will receive a huge raise when she returns to The Real Housewives of New Jersey, but she may be forced to fork over a large chunk of her earnings.

There was initially a question as to whether or not Teresa’s probation officer would allow her to return to the show that made her famous.

Now, it seems a deal has been reached that will enable Teresa to regain her old Bravolebrity status, but authorities okayed it only because she’s agreed to surrender a whopping 25% of her earnings.

Radar Online is reporting that Teresa still owes nearly a quarter million dollars in restitution, and with her husband not earning a dime while she’s locked up, the feds were beginning to wonder if and when she would be able to pay it off.

Fortunately, the most recent update on Teresa’s salary had her making $700,000 a season. So if those rumors of a massive raise are true, she could be back out of debt within the year…just in time for her husband to begin his 41-month prison sentence.
