Julie Bhosale may not know Sarah Stage, Kim Kardashian or a handful of other famous mothers personally, but she still has an important message for them:

SHUT THE EFF UP.

More or less, that is.

Bhosale, who works as a nutritionist, took to her blog after giving birth and posted a collage of post-pregnancy photos, as seen above.

Saying she’s sick of society’s obsession over women "bouncing back" quickly after becoming a mother, she makes her point very clear.

"I am a mother. I am tired, broken and sore. I have lumps, bumps, marks and jiggly bits," Bhosale penned in a powerful post.

Her missive accompanied a series of pictures of the proud mom and her second son, who was born in January.

Contrast this insight with Stage flaunting her taut stomach just days after giving birth. Safe to say it’s like night and day.

The former marathoner implies that she had some pregnancy problems, writing that she “fought to conceive” her child and was “induced early.”

She also hopes to serve as a role model. Not for what she’s done, but as an alternative to others in this social media age.

Plenty of women are intimidated by Stage and/or annoyed by celebrities who fuel this focus on getting one’s bikini body back.

"You may not look like the next Victoria’s Secret Underwear model, but focus on how you feel," Bhosale writes.

"Be kind to yourself and your body," she urges.

"There is no one to compare yourself too."

Words to live by?
