Move over, Caitlyn Jenner.

You aren’t the only woman named Caitlyn out to make a difference this month.

It’s time to meet Caitlyn Cannon, a 17-year old senior at Oak Hills High School in California who has gone viral due to her awesomely inspirational yearbook quote.

It reads:

I need feminism because I intend on marrying rich and I can’t do that if my wife and I are making .75 cent for every dollar a man makes.

Cannon – who describes herself on Twitter as a “feminist” who is “really gay” – told The Huffington Post that she found the quote on Tumblr and changed the parts that were written from a man’s perspective.

"I was tired of seeing the same old quotes from popular books and movies and authors, and I wanted to call attention to a problem that women face," Cannon said in an email.

"I’ve never really been ashamed to say that I am gay, so the LGBT aspect was simply who I am."

Pretty impressive stuff.

In another big step for the LGBT community, Barack Obama came out and gave props to Caitlyn Jenner last night.
